Excellent device, better than described
Overall positive, however I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with the double sided USB-C cable. I don't own a plug that would work with it to allow me to use it to charge the phone.
No issues with this purchase. Phone is in awesome condition (listed as “good”).

Phone seems defective. I think the cellular antenna is detached inside the phone. The device works fine on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth but rarely gets more than one bar of service on cellular while other nearby devices work just fine, with three and four bars of service at the same time. Also, unless calling over wi-fi, cellular calls are often interrupted (dropped call) and no bars of cellular service show. I had similar bad experience with defective phone being sold on Swappa.
Phone was shipped and arrived quickly. Expected condition and phone is working great.
Very nice device, was just as advertised.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
