We received the device, the device came perfectly intact, nothing wrong or damaged. At first when i charged it, it was getting quite hot when it was charging but shortly after it stopped and hasn't done so since. So may have just been because of the shipping and being in colder weather! But would totally say im very impressed with the whole.sale and the quality of the device!

Phone arrived. Well packed. However, phone will not work. The Thought it was set up for Verizon. It's on Mint. Will need to go to Verizon store to set-up phone. After turning the phone on and linking it to my home Internet to browse for a different phone, the phone screen turned green and started to flicker. This was a problem that should be explored by the seller as the screen phone repeatedly turned green.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
