Tried to purchase an unlocked phone but was sent a locked phone by the seller. Because the phone was locked onto another network the phone did not work properly so I sent it back under the terms of the warranty for a replacement. Nearly two weeks after sending them my phone I finally got a replacement which seems to be working fine.

Phone came on time but battery totally dead and will NOT charge. Power button on my other LG devices will at least show battery needs charging with just a push of the button. This one, I have to push and push and finally it showed dead button. SO disappointing.

Wow....

When I received the phone it looked amazing, no scratches on the front of back glass. Going further I found that the back glass was shifted (assuming the battery was replaced) so the shift made a lip on the side of the phone and caused a few scratches under the glass removing the black coating in two spots (from thebattrry replacement i assume), after putting a phone case on I didn't notice it at all. I can't say for sure if I'm getting the correct battery life expected but I can go all day with the phone on social media and games till 11 pm, after about 3 weeks of use I can say I would rate this buyer a solid 8/10 the photos in the listing should have been updated to represent the phone but with how they responded to my questions and offered to help with the back glass I'd say I would happily buy from them again. This being my first time ever on the website

The phone was exactly as advertised - in mint condition. I would have no way of knowing it wasn't a new phone from my experience.

Return & Refund Policies


PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)

Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
