Beware. Seller is selling phones that do not work after 30 days due to selling phones that are not free and clear to sell. Bought a phone for holidays. Less than 2 months later find out the phone was not paid off prior to my purchase. Now the phone is blacklisted and blocked. The seller told me that the sale is past 30 days so they have no responsibility to fix the situation free of charge. Sounds to me like the seller is selling items they do not own free and clear.

Phone quality as described. Only issue was battery was completely drained upon arrival, and phone kept powering up & down on its own until battery capacity reached adequate level. Was concerned at first, but appears to be ok now.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
