Device was in excellent condition
This phone was defective. I could only hear others on speaker phone. Off speaking phone I couldn't hear. I was going to report this but then I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. My fault. But the phone was not working properly when it arrived. I ordered a second phone and it was not working either. It has an issue with the sim port. It will not stay connected to mobile network. I am reporting this and hopefully will get a working phone.

Need help with warranty. Wifi does not work. I have tried all driver update/reset related fixes and have also taken it to Geek squad for troubleshooting. Still have no wifi. Request warranty replacement of device. Thanks.
I was under the impression that I was buying a mint condition unaltered phone. The screen ribbon was not properly reinstalled when the seller did some repair on it because after inserting the sim card the screen stopped working. Credit to them they gave me a full refund.

PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
