Seller sells Foreign phones based on the imei number. Based on the sellers location, I would say that they come from Mexico. My phone had issues for the time that I got it. At least by the time that I finally changed out sims cards to find a sim card to barely work, the screen was cracked. It was kept in the box that it was mailed ion most of the time. When I took the phone to Ubreakifix they tried to open the phone to change the screen. they immediately stopped. The phone was refurbished wrong! They didn't use the correct seal. I was told the seal was never waterproof at all and that the components were all glued together. They said that it wasn't repairable because of the glue. With all the issues that I had with the phone and the time it took to find them, Swappas return policy was insufficient too. Don't buy phones from this company. I couldn't even call them. When I found their website the contact us lead me to another company that distributes their phones.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
