Phone received when promised in expected condition, however an internal phone problem was soon discovered. The problem was ultimately rectified but I would have preferred a simpler return/replace/credit process. Nevertheless, I would recommend and use this seller again.
I got my phone last year. In short, I really hate this phone.
It kicks me out of tabs randomly for no reason, text blocks up into squares or doesn't load, camera quality is horrible, 28 GB of 32 GB storage is taken up by system apps leaving 4 GB of space which you can't fix, phone calls HAVE to be on speaker in order to talk, and talk to text and the Google Assistant don't work either because of this. Do NOT buy this phone, or any Samsung A model, A models are cheaper and lower quality, which I was unaware of. Buy an S model.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
