It's like I casually traveled back in time and picked up Ultra up brand new from the store.
The item I received was not as described (it was locked to a completely different carrier). The seller was quick to respond and sent me a return label, which was nice. However they told me I would be getting a refund and would have to repurchase the item, claiming this was the fastest way. I asked for clarification, and the way things were worded it seemed I would be repurchasing for them (as I asked if I was going to have to locate a new phone). They never posted the phone again however. This purchase ended up being a complete waste of time and energy. They respond quickly, and solved the issue they created ... But did not actually complete the sale of the described item.

Its saying it's locked by Verizon and it's supposed to be unlocked so I am praying marking sale as complete will change that or the phone is useless to me. This is my first time using the site so we will see

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
