Undisclosed liquid screen protector, which was applied very poorly, made me think the screen was cracked until I looked VERY carefully and saw that the creases don't run to the edge of the screen. It looks like a paint brush that was picked up mid-stroke. "No scratches on screen" -- how would I know if you covered them with a liquid screen protector? I know this might be a bonus for some people, but I wanted more control over the situation. Creases are visible thru dark colors with screen on, but I'll live with it rather than risk damaging things removing it. Small body scratches, scuffing around usb port, nothing major, a-okay for "good" condition. 100% battery health. Everything works, phone is otherwise great. Swappa is thumbs up, neutral, or thumbs down, so I'm overall happy and would recommend GM Deals, but this is a genuine 4/5 for me.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
