Received the phone in good condition and I immediately performed a factory reset as a precaution. Upon receiving UI One updates (default samsung OS updates), the screen had a horrible delay while switching from standby mode to on... it was very frustrating. I restarted the phone after receiving ALL of the UI One updates and the delay ceased. That was 2 days ago, and it hasn't returned since. I've had the phone for almost a week now, and I'd say I'm rather happy with the purchase and happy with the seller. Much appreciated GM Deals.

I received the device today 9-11-2024. The device has a couple deep scratches on the screen that cant be seen in the pics. I plugged in device to charge the batter and it got INCREDIBLY HOT.
I have NEVER had a device get that hot. I makes me quite nervous because my phone gets charged at night.
I would like to return this device for full refund please due to it getting too hot for my liking while charging. The device also says AT&T??

The phone came on time and was just as stated except for a little minor scuff where the bezel at the bottom meets the back of the phone. It was barely noticeable, otherwise, it’s flawless.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
