Good morning, I recently purchased the item but I am not satisfied with the operation, connectivity to the wireless network and the battery life since without using the phone the charge lasts at least 4 hours, so I would like to return the item and get a refund, I have sent two emails without getting a response.
Everything seems good on my end!

Terrible customer service, not an ounce of empathy, no apology.
I purchased an S24, previous owner discontinued payments, phone was blocked by T-mobile. Upon notifying GM Deals, they told me I am out of their 30 day warranty, refused my request for a refund, told me to send the phone back so they can "repair", and then REFUSED my request for them to pay for return shipping.
Swappa intervened and only then did they send me a shipping label. My sincerest apologies for even buying a phone from GM Deals, as if I was an inconvenience to them.
After a full week of having received my work phone, which I need for work, they retreated and asked if I wanted a refund, like I had originally requested almost three weeks before.
The network block didn't even concern me in the end, what an insane way to treat a customer.
Save yourself three headaches, avoid.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
