I think that they are a good company. I had a problem getting my first phone activated. - A bad sim card reader/tray. I can understand that it was something that they wouldn't have been able to catch very easily, and I highly doubt any other seller would have either. They sent a postage paid shipping label and I sent it back without any hassle. I was confident enough that I bought another one from them before I even got the first one out into the mail. They both shipped quickly, and they both (Samsung S22's) looked like they were brand new.
Shipping was super quick, and the phone was in the condition promised.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
