Hi I received the phone. It is as described except for one thing, it is not an ATT model SM-S921U. Rather it is the same phone but model number SM-S921U1. It clearly says it right on the box. I uploaded a picture. It remains unopened. Can I exchange it for the item I purchased off your listing. Which clearly stated ATT SM-S921U. Please advise. I will keep it in the bubble wrap and in the shipping envelope. Until I her back from you. Could buying and new unopened S24 plus at a discounted price be an option ? Same color etc. etc. Or could receive a partial refund if I keep it? Awaiting your response.

We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
