Horrible experience. Bought an iPhone then received a a sale confirmation then a fedex tracking number the next day. Five hours later received a message saying item is on back order and will ship 3-5 weeks later. I paid extra $15 for expedited shipping. Obviously they are scamming. Will Swappa do something about this dishonest seller?

Received iPad in great condition. I didn't realize this was a 1st generation which does not update past 9.3.6. Not happy about that but it does have more storage than my current one.

Shipping Policies

This excludes holidays or weekends because carriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Expedited service to 3-Day ($14.99) or 2-Day ($19.99) is available upon request.
Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.
*** Warehouse operation is Monday to Friday, we do not ship orders on weekends.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
