Battery capacity shows as 85% which means the phone is not in mint condition. Otherwise, the phone looks in good condition on the outside and they shipped quickly.

While not the worst shopping experience I've had, it's not the best either. The first phone I received had a dysfunctional microphone that shouldn't have passed any decent quality check. The replacement (current phone) has several small scratches on the screen and one significant scratch on the back despite the phone being designated as "mint - no signs of wear it tear". I only discovered the ones on the screen when I removed the screen protector and noticed that the protector was in great shape, the screen itself bore the scratches. At this point I'm just going to cut my losses and deal with it. Doubtful that I'll purchase another phone through this site.

This phone worked on ATT, but was actually a TMobile carrier locked phone, being sold as "unlocked". This meant that I could not get OTA updates, which was completely unacceptable to me. Whether GM Deals did this knowingly or not, they did refund my $$ and sent me a shipping label when I complained. So giving a neutral rating seems reasonable. I do notice that they no longer have their OnePlus 6Ts listed in the "unlocked" category, which is good.

I bought this phone for my daughters Christmas present. The phones physical condition is mint. However, the battery does really quick and when going into battery health it says it is severely degraded and needs a new battery installed. Not happy with this considering it was sold as “mint”.

PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)

Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
