Im happy with the purchase.
I purchased a AT&T phone but it was a unlocked Verizon phone but everything works. Came with a generic charger and cable but the phone was in perfect shape. Low ear piece/call volume but I read it's common, software issues.

Phone was faulty, unable to connect to Verizon network. Seller tried to help with suggestions but gave full refund after VZN deemed the phone to be bad. Slow shipping appears to be a problem with postal service in CA as it took 6 days for them to deliver my return item when I used a 2 day package.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
