Buyer Beware: The phone was advertised as new. When activating the phone with SPRINT, we were told the phone had been used from August 2018 to Sept 2019. Over a year. Also, SPRINT found a generic Screen (not Samsung) and 4 missing screws in the phone. Swappa does next to nothing to help. My advice... actually call your phone company and check the numbers on the phone before purchasing. GM DEALS didn't want to reimburse me the difference of a new phone and a used phone.
$129. Even though I had proof from SPRINT that it had an active account. I settled for a $50 Reimbursement, because SPRINT was super kind and replaced the screen of the phone to make it as if the phone were almost new. That's why I didn't return the phone. I would imagine GM DEALS sells falsely advertised phones and equipment all the time and gets away with it. Especially with Swappa doing nothing to help. Swappa's answer is... we are a 3rd party entity. Try to arrange a deal between you and the seller.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
