Smooth and straightforward
First off I would like to say that yes I did receive your phone I just forgot to do the finish sale thing however since I received the phone there's been glitches with it the screen starts to move by itself occasionally and also the lock screen in largest to where I can't even unlock my phone I have to restart it and does that fairly often is this something that I just missed in the ad or if there's something that happened during shipping maybe I don't know but it's kind of irritating

Item arrived very quickly, well packed, and as described, even if it wasn't described in much detail. I would've mentioned more, but then that's maybe why I'm not in the phone selling business. Now let's see how they handle returns because Cricket are a bunch of arbitrary-model-number-excluding-so-and-so's
UPDATE: Exchanged phone in even better shape and seller was more than accommodating with my unusual request. They're no pushovers, but they're not unkind either. Recommend!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
