I order a iPhone 7 Plus 128gb.they send me a iPhone 7 128gb (not plus) so I sent it back to get the correct iPhone I ordered. Then they send me a iPhone 7 Plus 32gb (not 128gb).I got a refund and will be taking my business somewhere more on top of what they’re shipping to the consumer.

Received WiFi instead of Unlocked but reimbursed $10 on top off that. Received a wrong cable but was sent another one.
Negative - Ordered the same device 3 days ago after it was sold (1st Jun 26, 2nd Jun 29, 2021), first order wrong cable. Second order, wrong version and wrong cable AGAIN. Too inconvenient waiting for the cables and $10 refund back to my account. Hoping i got everything that was listed on the ads without going thru any of these. (review on the first one would be neutral). Overall, good seller! Thank you!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
