Charge cord it came with has a short in it and didn't work at all. Other than that 10/10, great product, came in better condition than described, was very well packaged!

screen defect that wasn't advertised on listing. Unfortunately I sent the phone off without thorough inspection, and samsung send it back (denied my trade in) due to screen defect. There's a clear line going through the screen that I just didn't see. Now I am too far past 7 day period for notification. Lesson: INSPECT THE DEVICE YOU RECEIVE!!
Phone arrived just as described, actually better, in my opinion.
I have received the phone but realized that the phone is locked to Verizon. I recall having clicked on the unlocked s20 tab in swappa and didn't think twice that the search results would bring up a Verizon locked phone. I will try to get the phone unlocked by Verizon, but assistance from seller is likely required. If not able to switch carrier, then I must return the phone and switch for an unlocked model. PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
