They shipped a Moto G7 Play with 2GB and 3000mAh battery instead of the advertised Moto G7 Power with 3GB and 5000mAh battery - like getting a 32GB iPhone instead of a 128GB iPhone that you expected but worse. They refunded $10 to fix it. Very disappointing, but it is still a good value overall.

The phone started having issues so I sent it to the seller to have them fix them as permitted by their 1 year warranty. The seller has been great to work with this far. I'm not sure yet if the issues are fixed but I am hoping they are. Some of the previous issues took a couple weeks to show up the first time.

There was issue with phone software update but it was resolved after talking to At&t technical support
Arrived Monday, 25 October (may not have been scanned by USPS carrier). Nicely packaged, package intact when received. Upon initial inspection device appears to be in mint condition.
As of today (28 Oct 2021) device has been configured, registered with AT&T and appears to be functioning 100 percent.

Return & Refund Policies

We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
