Hello - I am sending this message in order to start the return process for both SVLB68835 and SVLB51267, samsung A70's. Unknown to me at the time of purchase, this phone will no longer be supported by AT&T starting in February. As such, I have just purchased SVLS60972 and SVLS13969 from GM deals, two A71 5G's. Please let me know what the next step to take is in returning the two A70s.

Received everything in great condition with all items, sim card tray didn't sit flush, but a couple swipes of 400 grit sandpaper and it sits perfectly flush. (Not uncommon on repaired phones.) Thank you seller!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
