Yeehaw..everything it was supposed to be and more, looks new! Will do business again. Bought it on Thanksgiving and delivered Mon afternoon to middle of nowhere, just AWESOME!

The phone comes on as At&t and not as T-Mobile as it was advertised. I use Mint Mobile which runs off of T-Mobile towers. I'm not sure if that has something to deal with why I can't make or receive calls but I'm reselling it on here and listing it as what it comes on as-which is an At&t phone. I would have done this sooner but I wasn't aware that I had to do this to complete the sale. It actually arrived like 2 weeks ago and I was having problems since then and I'm back to my old phone. My brother told me I needed to reach out. I tried factory resetting the phone and even updating the APN settings as well as booting it into safe mode and that doesn't even work for me. Mint Mobile said it seemed to be a problem with the phone.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
