I have received the phone.. however the phone does not work as it has not been paid off completely from its original owner meaning I can not use the phone.
I'm very happy with the transaction. The phone arrived quickly, was packaged nicely, and even included a generic charger and cable. The phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, no wear and tear or scuffs on the screen or body of the phone. Compared to a second S10 5G that I purchased, the screen does appear to be slightly less vivid and there is some screen burn in of icons mostly noticeable on a white background. This was noted in the description before I purchased, and I don't think it will be noticeable during normal use. I charged the phone up to full and let it discharge over the last day to check the battery and it also appears to be in great shape. Overall, I'm really please with the phone. Thanks for the great transaction!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
