Item was better then expected
The product arrived quickly and just as described.
The seller was fast with shipping and quick to respond when i asked questions about the phone. My 2 issues are, the phone I bought was an "open box" which i assumed was basically like new, not used or refurbed is what I mean. The phone did not have the factory screen protector on it as they all did when they came from the factory originally. So I can only assume this phone was used or refurbished? Neither of which I'm very happy about if so. Secondly, the phones display screen itself make a flexing, cracking type sound while pushing down near the bottom of it to set up the built in fingerprint reader. That made me wonder if the screen had been removed before? Why should it make that sound otherwise? Like there was a tiny gap there that needed to be pushed down tighter into place? Best way I can describe it. I'm glad they offered a 1 year warranty with this phone I bought in case issues arise. But overall I'll no longer trust an " open box " mint condition marked phone to be "new".

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
