Phone marked as "like new". Did not charge properly. Replacement would not connect to 4G as reported. Customer Service balked the whole time. Full refund was received.
*UPDATE*
I have recived a $60 refund per updating my review. This was settled for after being offered $30. This money will pay for half of the phone repair cost. They were responsive and refunded the money quick.
I received the Galaxy s20 5g that was supposed to be in mint condition.. Looking at the rear camera I can see 9 shards of glass inside the phone very disappointing as I need this phone and don't have time to send it back for a refund. Very bad business model if you ask me. Please contact me asap to make this right I will send pictures of needed. Video whatever you need. I took an unboxing video so I have proof. Please contact me asap, thank you.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
