Phone arrived in one day, just like I paid for. Condition was listed as "good", and it looks excellent to me. I've checked everything on the checklist and it works great. I don't understand how to check the IMEI yet, but will keep looking into that. I'm really pleased with the purchase!
Excellent service
Shipped quickly. Product as advertised. Came with a broken band but shipped out a new one immediately after they were contacted. Would buy from them again.
The phone they shipped me does not work with AT&T as it stated that it was an AT&T phone on the listing.

so far so good. Everything seems to be working as it should.
Overall experience was fine. Phone was not in as good of shape as I expected, but works fine.
UPDATE: rear camera failed within 30 days; sent back for repair (I had to pay for shipping insured); phone came back with camera repaired and a note that the touchscreen has a problem. So they sent back a KNOWN DEFECTIVE phone and now won't respond to requests for resolution. Will update if/when situation changes.
AFTER I contacted Swappa directly ("comment" section doesn't seem to trigger any action whatsoever), GM Deals agreed to send new phone after I sent back defective one. They paid for return shipping this time. Received replacement phone and as of May 5, 2022, it is working fine.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
