I thought this was a good dealer…..nope. First they sent an incorrect s pen with the phone….it didn’t work. After telling me how to fix it and it still not working, they sent another one. 32 days after the sale…not the delivery time the power button literally fell out. Never dropped…nothing. Of course they refused the return, as I was a few days past the 30 days. They are within their legal right, but they did provide a label because I was under the 1 year warranty. My S7 edge was not able to get the apps I needed for my job so I put this phone away and went to a store and bought a brand new phone. I literally forgot about it until my kid needed a phone. They said the label is no longer good and told me they won’t cover drops. The phone has been in my closet and unused. I replied back saying this was to fix the problem I notified them of and not a new problem. No response. This was the fifth and last phone I’ve bought off of Swappa and this dealer is shady.

Seller listed the watch as a Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium, but the unit received was a standard black watch 3. Once notified, they said the Titanium Watch 3 was no longer available. What a waste of time. I did get a refund at least.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
