Phone works good
As described. Had problem get a charge but after buying two different chargers it finally holds charge
Its asking for a pin code. Says it was reported lost,stolen,or has a balance due.
Like I said the supposed 3 months free service from mint mobile is not legit. The son card that came mint mobile is saying it can't be activated so I don't want to say it and neither did mommy mobile but without them saying it in so many words it was so called not "stolen" wish I could make the quotation marks bigger or wish you could see my sarcastic face right now
Bit confusion where I received a product which is $407 or $442?
Didn't particularly care for the fact that the camera housing has a bubble in it. That seems like a larger defect that than the condition stated.
Wish to return
No complaints.
Functionality appears to be ok, there was not IMEI to compare to and there is one dead pixel on the screen which was not disclosed but overall a positive experience
Phone is in decent condition on the outside. But battery is at < 80% capacity which is less than expected from something in 8/10 condition.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
