I wouldn't call this mint, as there was some light scratching on both the front and back of the device. It's not enough that I want to go through the hassle of returning it, however.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
