Received the item a few days later than expected, despite paying for express shipping. The item was described as being in pristine condition (mint), but it has a couple of small, faint scratches on the screen, in the top right corner - not too bad, but not "pristine" either. Everything else seems to be in perfect working order. Came with an Apple box, no charger - the latter was expected.
Fast delivery and the product was as described.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
