The phone that was shipped to me was in good condition in terms of scratches, etc. but I did not notice in the photos that it was slightly bent. Nona Phones / was great about offering a refund if I returned it, so I would suggest to make sure that there are no defects like slight bends , if you are interested in their Phones /.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
