Paul is unresponsive and doesn't care to help fix mistakes he has made. Customer support and Paul have made no effort to redeem themselves. I bought a iPhone XR (sprint) unlocked from Paul and was excited to receive it. When I took it to the Sprint store however they couldn't activate it because it is actually a US Xfinity locked phone.... I bought this phone in October 2019 and STILL have had no response from Paul on a refund or any sort of help. I am still out $544 with a useless phone I can't use. I hope I can save someone from dealing with this dishonest seller. I am completely shocked he doesn't care about fixing his mistakes when it clearly said in the description an iPhone XR sprint unlocked phone. It seemed like an honest mistake from the beginning and I was wanting to work out a fair deal or pay for shipping so I can get a refund but STILL no reply. Horrible seller and HORRIBLE SWAPPA SUPPORT. I never leave reviews, but hopefully someone finds this helpful. Have a nice day

It was Samsung SIM unlocked version - not the Verizon version. But in the end that ended up being a good thing because no bloatware. Wifi calling and VoLTE both work. I'm happy.

We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
