I understand you need to follow procedure but I think a cohesive customer experience is probably 1st priority an maybe less quoting of the rules and straight answers would be acceptable. Just saying.

So far so good. Looks and works good.

Product has multiple aesthetic issues including what seems to be dropped multiple times with scuffed / damaged edges and a large scratch on main glass. Product functions so far and came unlocked as described.
