Item had a very small hairline crack although it was listed in "mint" condition. Customer service was great and polite in communication. Although I accepted a small refund and decided to keep the item since I determined it would not interfere with the enjoyment of it, I felt this company should take more care in what condition they list their products as.

It seems to me like the phone isn't unlocked although in the description it mentions that it is fully unlocked. Please if you could reach out to me I would like to return this item. Thank you
