The seller listed the phone as mint, but the phone was not mint. There is residue that seems impossible to remove, scuffing, and some nicks on the lens covers. Also, the battery health is 77%. When we raised an issue about this, we were offered a $25 credit, which we accepted.

As a buyer, this is unpleasant. We had to review Swappa’s policies, the seller’s policies, compare pricing, look up battery replacement options and pricing, and test the phone with extra scrutiny. We felt we were not dealt with honestly.

Ultimately, with the credit, the phone is priced competitively with other “good” condition phones. Make of it what you will.

Battery is only at 76% capacity. If you’re going to resell products listed in “pristine condition” at least make sure they are. Also, a disclaimer about the battery status and what your company deems as acceptable upfront would be worthwhile.

Item not "pristine" as there are some scuffs and scratches, but everything seems functional.

Fine is in solid condition. Some minor scratches on the screen that can be noticed when the phone is locked. May have classified it as “very good” not “mint”

Phone is OK. Battery Health is so so.

For a phone in “mint” condition there is a little more wear than I would’ve liked. The screen has a patch of scratches in the top right corner. The back part of the phone has some visible discoloration and the phones battery is at 79%. Overall it was still worth the money but wasn’t what I was expecting
