We were finally able to get the phone to Sprint for activation. We were had 2 surprises/problems that made the activation process take nearly 2 hours. First, the number on the box did not match the number for the phone, therefore it was not in the original box as stated in the description. Second, unbeknownst to us there was not a SIM card included with the device and nowhere was that ever mentioned. So we spent a great deal of trouble-shooting before recognizing the problem and tracking down a SIM card. Hopefully we are past the problems and can now enjoy the device.

The phone is in a perfect condition, just as the description, it even came with a car charger!

First of all, the phone itself came in great condition, as listed in the description. I was expecting some wear and tear, but there was only one small dent in the corner of the phone.

The advertised accessories, however, are pure GARBAGE. The wall charger did not work (hope you didn't plan on charging your phone...), the headphones were some INCREDIBLY cheap knock-offs that sound worse than the complementary earphones you get on an airplane (the volume control buttons also don't work, no surprise), the screen protector is cheap garbage that obscures the screen, and the included car charger is also a joke.

Overall if you're looking for JUST a phone this is a great deal, but you'll need to spend at least $80 to replace the cables, headphones, and buy a real screen protector.

Disagree with seller choice of "good" because of a small dent on the back, but functions well and transaction was fine, so it wasn't worth the trouble to return.

Counterfeit accessories. They look like Apple products but they are not and they don't work. "Made by Abble in California"? Come on. You can sell generic brand stuff but you should not knowingly sell counterfeits.
