The seller substantially misstated the condition of the phone, indicating in the repair history that there "were no repairs or software changes with this phone." When we took the phone in for a repair (damage we caused, not an issue with the seller) the local Apple shop and an independent repair shop confirmed the phone had been extensively repaired with non-Apple parts for the front assembly, glass, LCD and digitizer, and the repairs had been done poorly. The phone was not repairable.
