The phone screen of the galaxy active s6 began cracking by itself experiencing no fall or altercation, it fell once and it never turned back on. The phone screen had a glitch from the very beginning. This seller is clearly doing screen repairs on the galaxy active phones not using the actual specialty screen these phones use. The seller has been very rude and unprofessional in the management of this matter and is accusing me of lying and being negligent. I dont recommend buying from these people nor do i understand how all their reviews are 5 stars.
