Awesome communication, very quick responses. Phone disconnected from service 9 days after purchase. Was informed by the T-Mobile Representative that the phone was reported stolen. Had to purchase another phone immediately and at a significant mark-up due to this issue. In addition, I could not remove the $50 screen protector I placed on the phone prior to it being cut off of service. I'm not sure what happened but I wish I had gone with another listing, I might have saved myself a lot of headache and money in the long run.
