Geauga iPhone repair is a 5-star seller. Their response time was very fast, shipping the device out the day after I sent payment. They went the extra mile and compiled an original accessories box even though it was a used device.

Upon receiving the device, I quickly noticed that it had a serious problem. I posted the issue to the sale page, and got a response within a few hours. The tech I worked with was tremendously helpful in diagnosing the issue. He was personable, and responsive on the weekends providing updates throughout the repair. I felt completely in the loop the whole time, since he put everything in layman's terms. I guess the issue was a bad charge port on an android phone, easily fixed with the right part. Never once did I worry about getting the device I paid for. He even offered to root the device, which was nice since I was planning on doing it anyway.
