At first I had problems installing the gapps on this device and Jason helped me troubleshoot but to no avail, so I was able to send it back and he squared it away. Now the phone is good to go. Edit** July 16- I purchased this phone about 2 weeks ago and when I first purchased it didn't have any apps and my computer wasn't detecting my phone. I sent the device back to the seller and Just got the device back last Wednesday w/ working gapps and have been using my nintendo switch charger ( just like I was w/ my last phone, the exact same model). Now last Friday morning the phone was at like 50% so I went to try and plug the phone in and the screen just turns black out of nowhere and I couldn't turn it back on. I discussed this with the seller and they gave me false information regarding this issue. *update
July 18th-The phone works again after leaving off for the weekend and plugging it back in. I don't know what's up with it but I need a phone that works..
