I ordered a phone in "good" condition and received one that could be generously called "fair," with deep scratches on the screen. These gouges are not only visible when the phone is on, but are also noticeable when you run a finger across them. The rest of the phone was fine, but the scratches were honestly terrible. Customer support was curt, but efficient. I asked for a partial refund, and was offered one that seemed low for the damage.

I knew when ordering that the phone might be in worse shape than advertised due to other reviews, but the phone still failed to meet my rather low expectations of its condition. Overall a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

As described except for one camera which has dust trapped in it. I do not use that camera ever so it is fine

The phone came within a week in the condition promised. USPS didn't update the tracking which made me nervous. When contacted, Gari assured me that the phone was on its way, which he was correct.

Phone was more or less as advertised barely any wear and tear damage on the screen. Battery seems healthy and also is advertised.
