Phone was not "unlocked".
Seller was professional & courteous.
I bought a phone that was listed as "unlocked" that turned out to actually be locked by Spectrum Mobile. Seller was apologetic and professional and explained that Spectrum Mobile service doesn't always show up in the IMEI database. I requested to ship the item back, it was accepted, and I received a full refund.
I understand these things happen, but I wish there was a way to better vet these phones and if they are locked or not. I really needed a phone within the week (~) that I originally purchased as my old phone was having major problems. I ended up having to wait another month before I had the money again to purchase a new to me phone. I understand the seller can not control aspects of my personal, work life. The whole ordeal just made for a very stressful last month.

I don't know why I keep getting emails to rate or mark this sale complete when it never shipped and I was refunded. But here you go, it's complete.

Battery was dead, seems to be adheseive in the seam where the screen was taken off, presumably to inspect or refurbish, metallic finish on the bottom of the phone and stylus cap are both scuffed up. Aside from that phone is good condition
Recieved device with a major display issue. Either sold knowingly or not fully tested before shipping. Seller did promptly provide shipping label and issued full refund.

I don't know what's wrong with this s21 Galaxy that I got this is the second phone but each one has a problem.
The first phone wouldn't connect with the provider saying it was not unlocked.
The second phone after I turned it on updated it in such now it takes 10 hours to charge every single day which is unacceptable.
I'm sure either of these is not the sellers fault
