Even though I could not get this phone to work, the seller made things right. I appreciated their professionalism.

Phone mostly arrived as advertised. However, there are three scratches on the screen, when the seller specified that there may be "scratches, minor dents and/or black markings on the housing and bezel." Should have specified that the screen might have scratches.
