The tracking showed a status that looked like a signature was required so I waited at home all day so that I could sign for the phone but the mail carrier left it in my mailbox instead.
After making the purchase and paying for this Apple Watch, the seller said they sold it too cheap and refused to honor the sale. They immediately re-listed at a higher price.
