Phone was not as described. Photos were deceiving as to not show the scratches.The phone had more than micro scratches. Phone looked pretty good overall except 2 scratches deep enough to catch your nail on them. Shipping was very fast, I just feel that the description was off and I probably wouldn't have bought the phone if I knew the scratches were that deep.
Great customer service, quick shipping and laptop arrived in as described condition - good! A slight delay in shipping (1 day) but communication was prompt and sender and Swappa staff were responsive. I would definitely purchase again. Thank you!
