Seller did include a charger cord/outlet plug upon request at no extra charge, although it was clearly not new and was clunky. Package took about a week and a half to arrive, which was longer than I was expecting to be waiting for it. Phone was in perfectly good condition, and everything worked as expected. Overall the experience with the seller was good, I do wish a manual for the phone could have been included additionally, and that the cord had been of even slightly better quality. Biggest complaint would be the arrival time of the package, but other than that the sale was good.
