The device arrived a month and half after original purchase. The mail person didn't leave the package at my home and returned it to sender. It eventually got lost in the mail and support offered to send it back but refused to offer a refund after the device was lost and blamed the return on a wrong address. I ended up getting the device at the exact same address so I know the latter wasn't my fault. I'm just glad I'm no longer out of 1000 dollars without having a phone to show for it. Phone seems great so far.
