I first ordered the Apple TV 4k but when I received it, it was the Apple TV 4. This was an honest mistake because in the pictures, it was true to the actual received product, but the posting name was listed as Apple TV 4k.
Upon receiving the item, I messaged the seller that this was the incorrect one and they immediately took care of it and resent me the correct one I had wanted. This seller was very quick to respond as well as resolving the issue. I would order again.
